Staff behavior is very good. The stuffies' quality is good and kids love here because the staff care about their ideas and the toys. And the whole process of entering to exit is fun!
Very nice staff! My wildings were being crazy and they were very calm and understanding!! And the bears are super cute! Fav part was where you put the heart in the bear
So much fun! There are endless options and everything is set up so well. We got a baby yoda for a Christmas present and the experience was really fun!
Nostalgic and SO cute. Totally worth a trip, whether you're a parent with little kids, or a 20-something looking for a slice of childhood.
Great staff and clean environment however do expect a wait now with their Covid-19 procedures. I was hoping to grab a new outfit for my bear and I was told that it would be a three hour wait on their wait-list to get into the store. Super disappointed but hopefully it doesn't continue to be a long wait moving forward.
I have visited this build a bear location quite a few times now, and every time has been very pleasant. The employees are attentive and helpful, and the store is always kept clean and tidy. Recently they've had to adhere to certain rules due to covid, and were doing a fantastic job in spite of those new rules. Will definitely be coming back to this location for the foreseeable future. Also the employee who helped me was really good at stuffing the plushies just right! Not too firm, but also not lacking in stuffing either. Literally perfect. I hope everyone at this store stays safe in these trying times.
Good selection, good service, helpful and friendly. Jamie did great to help me out to pick a bear for a gift.
