Best gym, best people, best coaches. I have been working out here for about 6 months and I am lifting more than I ever thought I could. My cardiovascular training has improved a lot too. Can't go wrong getting strong am I right? I am now able to go through my day without getting physically exhausted at work. I can't wait to see where I'm at in a year!

This gym has helped me reach all my goals in a very supportive and FUN environment! I look forward to getting to class each day and I am often so motivated to improve (thanks to the coaches and community) that it is hard to leave. The coaches support all fitness levels and with encouragement to stay consistent results are a guarantee :) I love this place!!
Started going to BA five months ago after years of going to the gym “randomly”. I was in decent shape before starting, but this gym has vastly improved my conditioning, endurance and strength. All my lifts have gotten stronger and my cardio has improved dramatically. It has also helped in my daily functional strength, now being able to hold my daughter for hours without pain . The coaches here are fantastic and will tailor all workouts to your abilities. The atmosphere is a lot of fun and the members are very welcoming. I’m glad I found this gym and this new community and look forward to continuing my active lifestyle here.
I have been working out here for the past 6 months, was new to CrossFit and have really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is great, and I really enjoy the working out with the people there. There is all ranges of fitness so no need to be intimidated like I was to start CrossFit, plus the coaches here spent time helping me get into the swing of things. If you're interested in a group fitness environment I highly suggest this as a place to go!
Such. A. Great. Community. I joined BA about 9 months having very little experience in weightlifting or in sports in general. I joined with the goal of getting stronger and maintaining a more active lifestyle. Nothing I had ever tried in the past stuck, but coach Rob and the members of this gym have changed my entire outlook in regards to working out! Most of the time, I am in a class with 3-4 other people which allows for the coaches to support me in making sure I am maintaining proper form and completing the WOD properly. It's almost like private coaching every class which is great! Over the course of the past 9 months, I've had a few injuries and complications from previous back & shoulder issues, and coach Rob has been nothing but flexible and attentive in helping me alter workouts and show me exercises & stretches to help ease my problem areas. I have made such lovely friendships that I am excited to grow and to get stronger alongside with. Members are so supportive of one another! Your fitness level really doesn't matter. I am thankful for finding a gym that no longer has me dreading the idea of working out. Always looking forward to the next class! What. A. Fantastic. Gym. :)
Bella is best coach. But in all seriousness, it has been a great place to work out and the staff are very supportive. 100% worth it. Even the burpees.
Awesome gym. The workouts are great with plenty of variety.
A great CrossFit box. Excellent programming, coaching and community. Focus on movement quality (form), mobility and safe lifting will keep you coming back for more. Olympic lifting specific classes with an international level Olly coach will take your big lifts to the next level. Thoughtful programming and attentive coaches. Ive been to a few CF gyms, this is the place you want to be.
