We have click flooring, and it is producing huge gaps between the planks. We had a very experienced installer and it was confirmed by End of the Roll that the flooring was installed correctly. Centura is not backing their product. We’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to hear from Centura and they are not responding. My hope is to hear from them soon. At this point, I cannot recommend this product.
