Rates are good. Staff was friendly. The gyms conditions are okay, nothing fantastic.
Okay gym, it's small but staff are friendly. I used to go here when it was Fit Express. Only thing I missed about fit express was the shakes that you could buy before after a workout. Rates are cheap and it's a plus it's 24/7.
