Melissa helped us exchange a bag my fiance recieved for Christmas for one with a better surface finish. She even honored how the discount had improved since the bag was purchased, and credited us back the difference. Pleasant over the phone, and capable to a fault in person. 10/10. Great job!

Okay I do really like the clothes here, but now they don’t do the same sales they use to. The extra 50% or 40 % off, is no longer a reality, which is a disappointment. I honestly don’t think the clothes are worth the full price, the quality just isn’t there for a dress to be 200 to 300 dollars. With that said, I will still shop here, but I will definitely be really picky.

I love to guess perfumes most! It's one of my favourite brand to shop for anything. They have excellent quality clothing and a variety of different styles. I have one of their bags, and I like its lot!

The staff was pretty good but seemed un organized. There was one help-full staff member that helped me with everything but the other staff seemed kinda grumpy. Other than that it was really good and I was able to get a 130 jacket and 30 tee shirt 25% off

Staff did not acknowledge me when I walked in, then once I was ready to make a purchase became overly helpful as they wanted to claim the sale as their own. One of the worst retail experiences I have had recently. I will shop at Guildford Guess next time, the staff there are much friendlier and more helpful. I'd get better service shopping at H&M.

I felt Judged walking in because upon visiting they didn't really showed interest in time wish or letting us know their specials. Maybe people just walk in too much and not shop that they have lost interest in doing their part of the job.

The store was dead when I went in (me 1-2 other people in total), but I still got no help. Nobody greeted me when I came in, although the employees were standing right by the door and continued to have a conversation for a while. When I finally got their help, they were being quite snobby for some reason. I believe one of them subtly followed me around as if I were going to steal something (in 3 separate sections of the store). After I bought something, they were more friendly towards me...
