i wish to give 0 star if i could. rats everwhere. terrible sevice. increase rent every year. i am so glad i moved to a better place with a better price. avoid this place if you could and don't be fooled with all those old good reviews, because they give discount if you write 5 star review.
I haven't used their services, but I used their website to get a quote for a storage locker and was looking at different locations to see what was cheaper. I didn't end up renting from Maple leaf storage because I found them more expensive than other places. After looking online I guess I gave them my number I don't remember. But I got calls and calls and emails from each location I looked at. This has been going on for two weeks now. I tried ignoring them hoping they would take a hint. But I would get follow up phone calls and emails. My voice mail got full. I feel like I'm being harrassed. I was just looking for a quote I really don't appreciate this amount of persistence to rent a storage locker. From some locations I got 2 phone calls and an email? That's not necessary. I understand this is a business and you need to make money but contacting me once is more than enough.
This is the best storage facility I have used over the past 10 years in the New Westminster/ Burnaby area. First and foremost, the Customer Service is outstanding. Moving is such a stressful time, and Chris and the rest of the team helped to calm the experience. Unlike other storage places, the units and property are always clean and well kept. Security is top notch. There are no bugs or rodents. Unit pricing is fair & competitive. I can't say enough good things about Maple Leaf Storage! 10 out of 10! Thanks so much for a great experience!!!
I received great service at Maple Leaf Self Storage. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a very secure facility and they work hard to keep it that way. I'm a very satisfied customer!
This storage facility is amazing. The staff are so accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. Plus they all have a sense of humour. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs short or long term storage!!!!!!!!!!! I have to add that their security is strict and you never have to worry about your belongings!!!!!
Facility is clean, safe, staff is helpful and of service. Price is high but such is life... Just be aware they may raise the rent during your tenancy.
