We had a great experience on our most recent visit. Erik was super helpful and attentive— He answered all our questions, helped us order the right Kinsey couch coffee table for our apartment layout, and gave us tips for product care. This is the second time we’ve ordered in-store, (we also found our bed frame here), and have always had positive experiences.

This places has great furniture and I’ve purchased many items here before. Unfortunately have had too many bad experiences for it to be worth it. Recently. Waited 6 months for an item and when it finally came they won’t even help load into my car. Item was damaged but they just made excuses that it’s not noticeable or it’s the way it should be. I would have inspected the item before picking up but they said they already did in store.

Be prepared to wait! Very friendly staff and it’s all out of their control but I don’t recommend buying anything from Structube in general unless you’re prepared to wait 5 months for your furniture. I ordered chairs and a dining table back in November was told they would be re stocked by December and should get it all by January. It’s now mid January and no one told me it was pushed back again. I had to call myself and wonder where my furniture was to be told it probably won’t come until mid March now. Prices are good and furniture is nice but in my opinion not worth the wait and stress!! Look elsewhere !

The store understandably has a occupancy limit of 10 people currently however rather than having a staff member at the door letting customers know and acknowledging their existence, they've elected to completely ignore customers outside until they go to let a customer out. Once inside don't expect any help of any kind as it seems the staff are far more interested in whatever is happening on their phone than in helping customers with questions about products. Customer service here is sorely lacking. If somehow the stars align for you and you are able to find a product that you like and find a staff member willing to give you the time of day, well tough luck, everything they sell is out of stock and according to staff members any restocking date on the website you should \add one month to that date\ since everything is being shipped from eastern Canada. This is the only company I've ever heard of that takes a month to ship products from east to west, I suppose they must still be using horse-drawn carriages to move product. Wont be coming back.
