Twice we were expecting parcels to be delivered by this last mile service. Twice they were returned to sender due to “no access “. We were here. The phone which is attached to the entry bell didn’t ring and has no record of a call. When we called to check the status of delivery, there was no mention of a supposed failed attempt to deliver the day before. None of the other delivery services seem to have any problems delivering, but these guys can’t to figure it out.

Ordered three books from Indigo as a birthday present for my daughter. TForce marked my package as delivered even though nothing ever showed up at my front door. Then when I contacted them they emailed me a photo of the package delivered on a porch that looks nothing like my porch. When I informed them of this and asked how to proceed, I was ghosted. Those books are now completely out of stock so I can't even get replacements for them. Please provide me with your email address if you wish to help me so I can provide you with the tracking number, I don't feel comfortable sharing it on google reviews.
I found three parcels (two from Indigo & one from Mountain Warehouse) in my garbage bin late at night - it was out by the curb to be collected the next day. They are for three different recipients living in my neighborhood but I don't know any of them. All the delivery status showed \successfully delivered.\ I feel really bad for the recipients and the merchandise companies and will spend some time driving around in the neighborhood to deliver them.
There was an incorrect address on my parcel but the driver managed to deliver it to the correct address although it was late in the evening. it arrived on the correct day
Garbage company. I submitted 3 requests to find out where my package was when it was not delivered. 10 days after the package was expected I got an email claiming deliver with the picture below. I replied telling them nothing was received, no response. 6 more days later they again submitted this phony picture claiming delivery. Indigo thankfully resent my package through another carrier.
