Theresa has filed 4 years of business tax returns for me so you can say this is a long term review of her work. She had always been very ethical, professional and quick in her reply. When I ask her difficult or obscure questions, she never made up an answer; instead she goes and do her research and reply in a speedy manner. She works hard for you, even into the late hours. Her rate is reasonable and her services are excellent. I highly recommend her.

First thing she did was print off some documents and send me away, and made it seem like she did me a favor for not charging me 150/hr to talk to her for 5 minutes. Her facial expression and attitude changed the moment I told her I don't know Cantonese. Good luck! Edit: Thanks for your response, Theresa, but I was clear from the beginning that I'm a rookie that needed guidance, why else was I asking for your services? Spooking potential clients away with your rates and telling them to do their own homework is just not what people look for in terms of customer service. I was willing to pay you for the services but I really did not feel welcome at all.
Save yourself the displeasure of doing business here. Tons of other accountants on Kingsway that will not charge you on the first meet. This place obviously sets the standards to letting the clients do the homework before they provide any top notch professional accounting skills.
