The worst customer care in terms of their receptionists. There should not be an air of superiority or condescending attitude towards patients. I realize it’s not an easy job to deal with the volume of patients, but if you’re unable to provide a BASIC service without being rude or inconvenienced, then get another job. It just shocks me that this is what is accepted as healthcare.

Useless in every capacity. Told I needed a telephone appointment for a torn ligament check up, I obliged (Despite me knowing that was a waste of time) and waited for the call to be told they can’t help over the phone and made no effort to get me booked in for a face to face appointment. Thanks guys. What a waste of everyone’s time.

I had an appointment with doctor over the phone to get a prescription but they never send it to pharmacy at the same location in Walmart. I phoned them and inquired again several times, then they don't answer and keep being silent. Possibly they lost my prescription record and looking for it. I have no idea what this receptionist is doing.

My first walk-in visit was great: professional, efficient and friendly service. My last visit was a disappointment. I arrived before 4pm only to find out that their walk-ins close at 2pm. On their site they gave no mention that their walk-in hours end at 2pm. When I arrived, I asked the women working there where it’s stated that their walk-in hours close at 2pm on Thursday. It wasn’t listed on google, on their website and we both couldn’t find it on a site she suggested: “medi map”. She advised, in a rude tone that I “call next time”. Gee, thanks! Appreciate you being so empathetic (sarcasm) Maybe you want to update your info on the web so its accurate. People who are ill and need care might not think to call various clinics. Its much faster and efficient to quickly pull up the info online- plus it also shows wait times! A very handy feature for people who need care that can’t wait to see their doctor. Word of advice: Call before you come! Otherwise, the doctors and staff are quite good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the walk-in clinic in Walmart at Lougheed Mall I was a little hesitant to take my daughter there as we have a family doctor but we had no other option as my doctor was away. The receptionist we're very pleasant which is a big deal for me because I find at many walk-ins the receptionist's can be very rude. She told me to come back in 20 minutes which was great because I went and did some shopping when I returned I got in right away and the doctor was so friendly and actually cared about the well-being of my daughter. I will be returning to this location again 100%

No one answers the phone at the reception. Been trying to call for 2 days to schedule an appointment after the doctor told me to come in. VERY unprofessional of the receptionists. Are they just tuning out the phone? Every time I call in it says " The clinic is now closed " when it clearly isn't closed and it's during open hours.

Dr. Hyemi Chang was simply the worst doctor I've ever seen. I've never dealt with any physician who showed such indifference to their patients. She spent all of 3 minutes "listening" to my symptoms before walking out of the room to her next appointment... mid-way through a question I was asking her. Luckily I had the wherewithal to seek a second opinion at a different clinic where the doctor was able to properly diagnose my symptoms. Avoid booking appointments with Dr. Chang at all costs!!
