I have been registered with this clinic for 6 years. In my experience the admin staff are really happy to help and respond promptly. The Drs have been very attentive and helped me a lot over the past couple of months. I don't think this clinic has fair reviews!

Worst physician office I have ever seen, receptionists are incompetent and rude and the doctors have terrible knowledge. Had an appointment with Dr. Esaputa for the first and last time, she gave terrible advise and was rude, also she could barley type on the laptop for a prescription. Had to make an appointment during covid to refill a prescription and they told me they will call me at 1pm, I didn’t get a call for 4.5 hours later. What a joke

Dr. Man is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He’s been my family doctor for five years and has been supportive, caring, and helpful. The staff at this clinic are kind and keep everything running smoothly.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Kim. Completely misinformative. 90% of the information that was given to me was asked in the form of a question that called upon an approving answer, rather than making a factual statement. Questions were asked in a condescending tone. Our appointment ended with her saying \I sense you don't trust my judgment...\ But who the hell would when the doctor is giving you factual information in the form of a question? To me, that's a sure sign of in-confidence. I came in to get my right ear checked on for an ear wax build up, and in the process had my left ear checked on as well. Something went wrong when flushing out my left ear causing a SHARP pain (the one that didn't have any issues upon entry) and so I left with that being the WORSE ear. Came home and noticed bleeding in my left ear. I came back an hour later, and was told that there was a small cut on the inside of my left ear as if it had been there all along. I was told to put ear drops in my ear to help ease this pain, and that it should pass in a few days. She asked if I had any at home, to which I replied yes. Pain continued throughout the night, and when I woke up in the morning I could hardly hear anything out of my ears. I came back to the office for a 3rd time that morning, to which Dr. Kim argued that their equipment didn't break in the process of flushing my ear. She also only THEN prescribed me with a different ear oil, and told me that it would take up to a week for it to be healed... which is an entirely different time frame then \just a few days.\ I will not be coming back here, and don't recommend anyone else go here either.

A doctor (Dr. Linda Jingyan Pan) at this location cancelled a virtual appointment with my partner less than an hour before, sending a message to \go see someone in person instead.\ They are unwilling to help someone for no reason, and clearly this is a trend for doctors at this location given other reviews as well. Do not bother making an appointment with them, virtual or otherwise. They could cancel it for absolutely no reason.
