Used to have an amazing instructor but then he moved away and I just haven’t gone there since then.. I do recommend this studio cause it’s always clean has respectful staff and the hot yoga is just amazing.. it has sauna and huge locker room with showers always clean But the downside is their plan is very expensive specially if u are not a student also the with pandemic going on right now it’s really not smart to pay that high price and just get all stressed out over booking each class every single time..

I love my neighborhood YYoga Studio, Highgate.
Great studio location with free underground parking and restaurants. Amazed by how clean this place is compared to many other studios or gyms! Clean bathrooms and shower areas, welcoming atmosphere, nice instructors and staff. On top of being super chic, there’s tea and puzzles that you can help yourself with while waiting for a class. Plus a sauna room. Best yoga studio ever.
Great location, super close to metrotown
I tried a class here and the class very good, especially for an older lady like me just starting to learn yoga. I was a little bit shocked with the pricing. I think I’ve seen cheaper alternatives but I did enjoy the class so I might try one of their packages.
