We used Holley & Steer to do the conveyancing of my late mother-in-laws house. Sarah was very professional in all she did for us. I sold my property through Holley & Steer so decided to use them for the purchase of my new property. Everything went reasonably well until after the completion when I had a few problems with my new property. At this point I tried contacting Barbara Cromey who managed my purchase and after numerous attempts to contact her by phone I gave up after receiving no reply. Obviously she had been paid and lost all interest.
