Burnley. The service at Burnley HSL was excellent .The staff in store were helpful , welcoming and friendly . They couldn’t do enough for us, offering advice , refreshments and even an umbrella to shield us from the rain as we walked to the car! My mother was very pleased with the chair she selected and it was delivered at our convenience by a lovely, kind and helpful delivery man called Duncan. He moved an existing chair to another room and sorted out a broken castor from it so it would glide more easily. He even searched for a replacement castor he had in his van as a temporary solution!!! All in all we were most impressed by the whole experience and have no doubt in giving those involved in the purchase 5 stars. Thanks very much indeed to all.

I went in with my mother on the 17th of March 2018 and I was greeted by these 2 lovely women who even offered us a drink. We had a look around the store not being pressured, but we knew who to ask if we had a question. After some time deciding we decided to purchase a Haydock Recliner Chair. Which WE LOVE She then asked us (Tracey) when would we like it delivering so we said whenever is best with yourselves. She rang the person who would be delivering the item and said that you should it within 30 minutes as he was so close. I would also like to thank the delivery man as he was friendly and very polite. Thanks for a Great Store Experience!
