Just had my Scarpa boots re-soled. Very pleased with them now. “You can’t see the join!”. It took a while, but that was due to C-19, and not a problem anyway. A nice personal service from Tom, who kept me informed about progress throughout. Many thanks.

Managed to burn the sleeve and back of my Canada Goose jacket and took it to Canada Goose who refused to repair it - they told me that it was impossible to repair and would not attempt it (see attached pics). Thank goodness I found LSR who were happy to take on the job. The repair was undertaken expertly by Anne (she had to remove and replace a pocket to do it) and my dealings with Beverly in the Management/Customer Service team were 5 star - both professional and personable. The repair took a few weeks, completely reasonable bearing in mind the restrictions that Corona Virus has imposed on every small business, I cannot recommend this company enough. Although I hope I don't damage any more of my clothing and sporting equipment, if I do I will definitely return to LSR for the repair. Many Thanks to all involved, great job.

I sent off for a hip belt pocket replacement on a rucksack. The original communication was done via email and they responded quickly. The repair took 6 weeks, which wasn't a problem, I wasn't in a hurry. However, the communication around the time when the item was sent was poor. I had to call several times to find out if I would get it in time for Christmas, as my plans changed and I needed it. I did receive it when they said I would, but I had to call several times to find out when it would be sent and if it had been. They use a courrier service, and an email confirming sending and tracking no would have been useful. The repair was fine.
