I bought some stuff from this company before Christmas for my husband. The service from these guys was second to none! They kept in touch all along and when I needed to exchange some boots it was so easy and painless. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic service. Replaced my brake cable in an hour on a Sunday when it broke whilst on a multi-day trip on the Pennine Bridleway, enabling us to continue on the trail. Thank you so much Mike. Friendly helpful and great value. Highly Recommend.
Over the years I've bought four bikes from On Yer Bike Burnley now so they must be doing something right. Competitively priced, a good product range and the staff seem very knowledgable without being pushy. Knocked a star off however because I asked for delivery but was told that they wouldn't have the van until the following week. When I picked up the bike the following day, the van was parked outside the shop.
Best place to purchase bikes and parts. Very helpful staff and knowledge about repairs of older bikes as well as new e-bikes etc. You can tell how good a bike shop is by how busy they are. Great prices and when they don't have a bike in they will have it delivered as soon as possible. Will be going back.
Enjoyed my experience from these guys, know their stuff about electric bikes, and now use them for all my parts and extras I need. Will be using For all my bike purchases in the future.
