Excellent sales and love the car but spotted a mark on it on the rear. Phoned Perrys and yes really willing to sort but 10 days later still waiting for it to be sorted. Appreciate might be short of staff but would really appreciate a holding phone call to let me know current situation but nothing, i've had to contact them on all two occasions.

Very good service,made purchasing my wife's new car very easy,with no problem's even though we aren't local and traveled 65 miles. Luke our sales man had everything sorted out quickly and looked after us. Would recommend this dealership.

The deal was so good I travelled all the way from Wiltshire to Burnley. Superb service from Dan when buying on the phone and first class service from Kam who spent time making it easy to go through all the paperwork. Four hours drive, to Burnley, a good hour and half going through the paperwork and being shown around the car and four hours drive back! Would I do it again? YES I would! Why? Because I got a cracking deal and first class service going through all the paper work. And NO I have never meet them before or had any dealings with Perrys in the past! Do I always give five stars? NO! If I have something negative to say, believe you me as a journalist, I would tell you. BUT it's all positive news from Perrys Vauxhall of Burnley! And YES they went the extra mile for me to ensure I got a wonderful deal from start to finish. Fantastic! Well done guys! Long may you get many more sales.

I travel anywhere in the country to buy a car that i want and of the last 10 years i normally use Bristol Street Motors , to travel here to Perrys Burnley is 120mile trip from Sunderland . I saw a car online that i wanted so i came over and bought it , I was welcomed by a young salesman Ryan who was very courteous and polite and couldnt do any more to make me welcome without being being pushy. , we were well looked after and plenty coffee and he was well updated on the model i bought , just like to say this one of the best garages in over 50 years years of buying cars that i have dealt with , so much so that friend came over with me also purchased a Mokka which he picks up this week . 10/10
