Just enjoyed a lovely spa day. I would say this is the best spa I've ever been to. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities are 1st class. A very relaxing day. Can't wait to come back soon.

Overall I loved the experience. The only point stopping me from putting 5 stars is the incredibly poor attitude and customer service from Natalie, the receptionist at the spa. I was very shocked and taken back by this. Frankly my first impression was ruined by her rudeness. She truly let the beautiful resort down. Thankfully my perception was salvaged by the impeccable service from Dylan in the restaurant and Lorna the day after in the spa. I felt very anxious returning to the spa the following day after a poor experience, however Lorna completely changed my mind. Lorna went above and beyond, effortlessly exceeding expectations and completing our beautiful weekend away in one of the best spa resorts I have been to. Absolutely would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay but i must be honest the 100 deposit that you have still got did annoy me quite abit. I was told it wouldn't go out of my account and it has and apparently i won't get it back for 7 days. This should have been explained better i feel as it really did put a downer on what was such a nice brake away after 6 months of not being able to do anything considering this was booker back in November. The food was amazing which really made it for us. The service in the spa restaurant was really good even left a tip and i don't normally. However the facilities are starting to date abit and you can tell its not been massively maintained. And compared to another spa we went to last year this was no were near up to the spa experience i wanted for the birthday treat i planned. However we really did still enjoy our time here hence the 4 stars.
