I have never visited Burns Car Sales, never even seen inside a Skoda, and certainly never driven one, yet I just purchased a new Skoda Scala Style 1.5TSI in an exchange of emails with Anetha during the current Covid-19 lockdown. Visited here in March and to be honest the way I was treated and spoken to and ignored after when i followed it up I would not recommend this garage or go back. And it's a shame as there was a manufacturer recall on a specific area of my old car that had to be fixed and my experience of the garage then was fantastic. This time tho was extremely bad and customer service was appalling. I will never return.
Bought some accessories online for my Fabia, spoke to a member of staff who were very helpful about my order. Despite the issues with Covid 19 parts arrived in England about 1 week later. Service was \spot on\. Recommended and will use again. Thank you.
