This place needs taking away, they don't listen, they are rude and have to wait a a month for a appointment. A paper condom is more useful than this place, DR Ding was amazing but she's gone

My wife called to make an appointment for herself as she is sure she has sinucitis, something she has been hospitalised for in the past. The receptionist would not make her an emergency appointment (we go on holiday on Monday) but instead asked her if she had been to the pharmacy and then told her she had to go online and complete the patient questionnaire to see if a doctor will see her. She is not someone that goes to the doctor unless she really feels she needs to and this service is now dreadful.

I have recently moved to the area and joined this surgery. I have been a couple of times already and the service has been so great. The staff on the desk, phone and the doctor have been sensitive, helpful and so friendly which isn't always easy to do in this line of work. The job they do is stretched as we all know nowadays but the way they have been with me has not reflected the current climate. Thank you :)
