I would like to thank Burton Croft group practice for 10 years of excellent service and support. Throughout my many incidences of poor health all staff have been supportive, patient and warm. This last year has been particularly bad for the whole of the country, despite this the practice has been there for it's patients, going the extra mile in all they do. I have reluctantly had to register with another GP nearer my new home in Selby, not that Burton Croft requested this, indeed they have continued to support me for the last three years despite moving out of area. I just want to wish all staff well and good health, thank you team. Dave

Recently I have needed access to my GP more than ever before. My experience at this surgery has been brilliant. Even at this challenging and very busy time they have been efficient and responsive with a same day call back system. Thank you.
Best GP I've ever had, always got me the help I need, Doctor Moxon is lovely and always so understanding, has helped loads with my mental health and learning difficulties

Having registered, I called in for an appointment and they had misplaced my registration form, so I had to do that a second time and wait another month longer to get an appointment. They messed me around with mixed messages about mental health care provision. Finally, the third and final time I called in with an urgent issue, they referred me to another surgery operating out of hours, saying that they would call instead to arrange an appointment. The call was late, my phone rang for less than two seconds and an inaudible voicemail was left. I couldn't ring back because it went straight to voicemail 'we are now closed - call us on Monday'. They made no attempt to contact me again. All three times I came to them for help in 10 months, they didn't help.
