I was very pleased with the service. Booking was easy. The cost was lower than I thought it would be. The man who took the samples gave excellent advice. My main concern was a very small area of loose artex and was concerned how to repair it. He took one of the samples from this area and 'made good' the area to the extent that it is as good as repaired, as when they take samples they paint over the area. The samples were positive and I then found other areas of concern. I thus commissioned a full survey. As I had already had some samples taken I was given a good discount on the full survey. The full survey report was excellent and in great detail but easy to understand. I think the full survey is excellent value for money. After receiving the survey I had a couple of questions and was contacted by the managing director, Neil. He was so helpful and answered my concerns and questions. He made it clear that asbestos is dangerous but in most cases it is safe if left alone and treated with respect. I am a doctor and he explained some medical issues to me, which made realise he is a highly knowledgeable man. He reassure me and that is what I was looking for. This firm are simply fantastic. If you need to know about your home and asbestos, then use them. Would strongly recommend this company.
