Lied to multiple times about when an order would be delivered, told it was be dispatched, it hadn't actually been dispatched, blamed on the couriers when it was there own failings. Never actually delivered all the items that was paid for. 8 days without actually dispatching an item that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days.
