Went for a lamp, got a lamp. was able to pick it up after I'd finished shopping. Staff amazing. after showing interest in a specific item they popped it on hold while I wandered the shop ( didnt ask and would have understood if someone else bought it in that time) but it made a difference :) love charity furniture shopping and it did not dissapoint

As a person who has been in the premises on a visit in the past I have just received a top notch service from the staff, as I have found that they are always polite, very helpful, and at times they are very funny while giving a top notch customer service. What more can I say but wow!
