I have been a patient here for a good few years now, and all the family attend. Daniel is the most forward thinking, patient focused dentist I have ever come across. I have had lots of dental work done over the last few years, and this is always met with a smile, and an extremely caring approach. It is clear that Daniel chooses his team carefully, as once you are through the doors, you are the focus. Daniel listens and answers my most banal questions with sincerity. His dental skills are truly awesome. But, what makes Daniel the coolest dentist around, is his fundamental kindness and integrity as a person. His values are without doubt genuine, and I am so glad that I did my research and found Daniel.

Myself and family members have been going to this dentist for years now, for both cosmetic and non cosmetic treatment and we can not fault them. From the moment you walk in you are met by a friendly face and never that usual dentist smell you have in other dentists, which is a plus! You are fully involved and informed about your treatment plan and you never feel rushed. As an anxious patient myself, I can not recommend Daniel and his team enough, they take care of you from the off and provide an excellent service and do all they can to reassure and help you though the process.

They are probably alright if your established with them already as a customer, ....but as a new customer they don't want to know. They offer a smile makeover but when it came down to it they didn't want to entertain the work or breakdown of how they could improve things with different options ..... instead they replied with a somehow quickly thrown together vague email telling me \I had staining on my teeth\... ( well, yes I know that already, hence why I've come to you for a smile maker ! ) I questioned the vague email for clarification, so they rang me back saying what I had thought all along (which was the didn't want to consider the work, so suggested another dental practice). Not really the best in new customer service. Work is probably decent IF you can get to see them.

Daniel and his staff always go above and beyond and care about their patients and are always very attentive and are undoubtedly the best dental practice I have ever been to. I had some complications following a visit earlier on in the week and Daniel and Victor arranged to open the practice over the weekend to see me as I have been in considerable pain. I can’t thank them both enough and would highly recommend the practice.

I never thought I'd ever say a dentist is lovely, but Daniel is. Very caring and gentle. He comp;etely puts me at my ease. The whole team are very caring and friendly. If you don't like dentists (who does?) I'd definitely recommend Bury Dental Centre.
