Nothing but a group of thugs! Built inadequate railings for my house that were never painted correctly! When I complained they sent a ‘manager’ whilst we were out! He then repainted them the wrong colour and covered the gold decorative parts black! Told them I wouldn’t pay balance until repainted what I had chosen! Then a week later as I was getting kids ready for school 3 men turned up and stated to remove the railings by destroying our brickwork, when I went to stop them they threatened me and my husband! By time police arrived they had left and left utter devastation behind! It took nearly a year but sued them and got the compensation but only after Bailifs went to their premises! Apparently I wasn’t the first or last to suffer this!! I would avoid at all costs!
