Nationwide provide a friendly and welcoming banking service for it's customers with a brand new branch in Bury with a high tech touch screen ATM inside staff are very professional and I recommend this branch unreservedly 10 out of 10

New branch but still only 2 desks. As it has been for many many years big queues and slow service, very poor planning. I was hoping nationwide would have learnt from the queues at the last branch which sometimes went outside
