Bought a beautiful wax melter lamp from this shop as a Christmas gift. The colour I wanted was not in stock so the lady allowed me to purchase the display one. Unfortunately the bulb went the first time we switched it on; I emailed during the holiday period and got a very quick response. I then had a new bulb delivered to me within days. We received great, friendly service which we felt was over and above what we would’ve expected.
