A lovely friendly practice that I have been registered with since they opened (which must be 30 odd years!). Though the staff have changed over time, the wonderful service they provide to the community has not. Throughout the covid19 pandemic they have continued to provide an outstanding service. Thank you to all the staff.

Came to pick up my anti depressants as I have recently been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. One of the lady nurses told me \I need to learn some manors!\ when collecting the tablets. She told me I didn't look like I appreciatted their help. I was shocked and explained that I suffer from depression so looking happy isn't something I'm known for at the moment. I was then told that it doesn't take much to smile or say thank you. I then explained that feeling suicidal doesn't really allow me to do those things at the moment. I have NEVER been made to feel so horrible about myself. I will never forget it and it has been the primary reason for me never returning in person.

I have found this practice to be excellent , yes waiting times can be a little lengthy but, comparable to everywhere else from what has been said by friends who live in other parts of the country. I have found all the different doctors I have seen to be friendly, efficient and professional in manner, receptionists the same and such a lovely clean surgery with pharmacy attached is a big bonus all within a 5 minute walk from my house !! I appreciate some others who have posted a review have been met with some issues regarding the surgery/ doctors but, I think they do an outstanding job with very limited resources and I’m sure the majority of patients who are registered there would agree, so please think before posting a bad review these people are just human after all. P.S BIG thumbs up to Dr Chandran she is brilliant ️

Having been registered at this surgery for many years, I am very happy with the quality of care that my family has received here. The waiting times for an appointment can be lengthy at times, unfortunately that's the way it is with most, if not all surgeries nowadays. It's definitely easier to book online than call in. The Receptionists and Secretaries are all very friendly and patient, and the Nurses and Doctors that I've dealt with have been really helpful. Special mention to Dr. BH! Nice clean facilities.
