Good aircon, pretty new eqipment, not over crowded.Clean changing rooms and showers. Staff also friendly.

Cost 10 for 1 pay as you go session. The gym only has 1 rack which must be used for benching as well as squatting. If someone decides that they are going to do a combination of one of benching, squat, overhead press or rack pull in the same session you can forget about getting on it. You need to bring your own lock to use the lockers. Punch bag is in the gym so you'll be stared at if you want to do some cardio on the bag. For the money they charge it isnt worth it. I had serious concerns for the spine of one of the members who was getting a personal training session. Over priced, under equipped.

I have a blue badge and am fed up of arriving at the carpark with non blue badge holders taking the spaces. There's always plenty of room but unfortunately some people think it's okay.
