We took the bus service from New York to Pennsylvania . Bus service was excellent.The driver was professional and knowledgeable. Customer service was great. Buses were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed their great service. Would love to take their service again soon.

This is the BEST CHARTER BUS COMPANY!!! My experience: My kids do hockey and they went from NY to ME to a tournament where their rental bus broke down. 45 people including kids and their parent got stock on SATURDAY far away from home... Being in NY I called different companies including NY and local in ME, due to the fact that it was weekend NOBODY responded... Tournament game were as scheduled and kids needed to be their accordingly. Luckily I was able to get in touch with Shawn and Amber. They not only arranged a new bus within just few hours on SATURDAY but also they were in touch with me until the end of the team return to NY!!! I'm very impressed and really wish that all providers of services be like Shawn and Amber (Bus Charter Nationwide New York USA). Thank you guys again, our team will not forget your great service and hope to work with you in a future!!!!
