My dog got hit by a car today,. I have never been to this clinic but I can not say enough about how amazing they were. Immediate service and so friendly. Thankfully he only had scratches and bruises but I will definitely be back for all of our other pet needs.

When I had to bring my dog who was a new patient in for a situation urgently, they were so accommodating and helpful. From the front desk staff to the people who helped us in the back to the vet that called us to update us on what was going on, they eased my fears and made me feel confident and comfortable that I was leaving my baby with them and that he had the best care possible. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks! ️

I brought in a sick kitten on very short notice about an hour before closing yesterday. She had initially had her first shots at another vet. Based on previous experiences with both vets offices, I decided Bush was the best option. They could tell she was in bad shape and immediately took her back for emergency care. I left her in their care overnight for further observation. I received a call from Dr. Chupp after the office had actually closed to let me know her thoughts, some possible diagnoses as well as her realistic concerns. She also had some questions for me about the kitten's normal surroundings at home as well as the behavior of her litter mates. This showed me that she actually cared and sincerely wanted to help. I have had experiences with other vets that did not seem to genuinely care about the animal's I've brought in and honestly seemed to be distracted or simply going through the motions. I realize that vet's see a lot and are going to be desensitized or numb to what may be considered an \emergency\ to most pet owners. I could tell Dr. Chupp sincerely cared and wanted to help. Unfortunately, she called this morning to let me know the kitten did not make it through the night. She offered her condolences then again asked about the kittens at the house. We decided it would be best to go ahead and get some antibiotics for the others in case any developed or showed signs of a respiratory infection like the one that passed (due to reasons other than respiratory infection). I have decided to use Bush Animal Clinic exclusively in the future due to my experience with Dr. Chupp. Her prompt care, genuine concern for the well-being of the kitten(s) and professionalism have convinced me that all of my pets, including 3 dogs, will be in good hands whenever any future care is needed. Thank you!

They put my dog down because he was a bulldog then charged me two times as much as everywhere else would have awful place dont bring your bullies here for anything
