Impressed with company. No problems at all. The staff on the phone were polite and helpful. Website easy to use. Roofing came before the predicted time. Delivery driver polite, friendly and helpful. All in all a great service. Would recommend.

The owner was not the helpfulest person. As he is a business owner he does not answer the telephone when you try to call plus when you get a chance to leave a message he does not have the decent courtesy to return your messages or calls. I would definitely not use him as a supplier as he does not give you the respect that's required for a long term business relationship.

Really pleased with service our cricket clubhouse roof looks great. Received slate poly sheets in specified time only downside is that I had to cancel an extra sheet that I thought we needed but didn’t. Phoned and cancelled and was told I would get refund, still waiting three weeks later and several phone calls ? Disappointing considering our cricket club has limited funds hopefully will be sorted. Other than that really pleased and so are our members picture of roof on Facebook received over fifty likes

Poor customer service. No reply to emails, and when you phone them there is no answer and the answer phone mailbox is full, so you cant leave a message. When I finally got through to someone, I was told that the delivery would be on Monday so waited in, only to receive a text message saying the delivery will be Tuesday! Product quality is good, although colour didn't match a previous order 12 months ago, even though the same colour was ordered and it is a standard RAL colour. Website easy to use and straight forward ordering system. I would recommend speaking to them first (if you can get through) and getting colour samples sent and accurate lead times before ordering. Just because they have online ordering doesn't mean its getting delivered quickly or even within their stated delivery times! Another company using Covid as an excuse??

Great company, did exactly what they said but quicker. They quoted up to 14 days delivery and did it in about 8 and in these troubled times too. Told us the delivery two days ahead so we could plan and the delivery guy was really good, clearly rushed off his feet but still cheerful, polite and as helpful as could be. These are difficult times but this company definitely delivers and hits the mark as far as its people, products and service are concerned. Will definitely buy from here again.
