Seriously long waiting time for calls to be answered..Receptionists not overly helpful. I have seen some very good Doctors but its been extremely hard to get appointments..I would not recommend this surgery..Central Surgery within the same Medical centre are already offering Covid vaccination to people in 2 groups below mine..Although they have no underlying health issues...Seems wrong.

This surgery continuously delivers an outstanding service. I’ve been suffering ongoing Chronic pain for a long time and each doctor that I have dealt with has been as helpful as possible and shows compassion and perseverance to help me get to the route of the problem. They have explored numerous tests and solutions in order to help me throughly. I do really appreciate the time and help of everyone at the surgery to understand my needs and help me to overcome the pain and problems that I’m experiencing currently. The online service provided since the start of the pandemic has been so helpful and easy to use and ensures a message or call from a doctor asap.

Like Julia below me and partner have same issue, been waiting on phone for over an hour to follow up with reception saying they’re signing a form and sending it over this morning. Edit: Yes. However after getting in contact with your reception this morning they've advised me there was a technical glitch yesterday afternoon to excuse my signed sick note not being delivered by e-mail.

Every time I've been to the surgery I've had an excellent experience. All of your staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the pressures I'm sure you face as a primary care provider. The app and online service make it easy to arrange appointments and view test results (I've even booked blood tests and emailed reception staff using it, rather than jamming the phone lines). It would be great if the online facility could be promoted more in the practice as it's invaluable, particularly for people who work full-time. I just wanted to say thank you for the service you provide.
