By a long shot, the worst customer experience of my life. And it's all my fault, because friends who had tried to order furniture from them had warned me of what nightmarish experience it had been, but I thought \Won't be me!\. If you do the same, you will only have yourselves to blame when you wait for nothing. I ordered a TV wall on the 4th of September, expected delivery 21st of October. Nothing arrived and, as I kept calling the customer service each week, they kept postponing bit by bit the expected delivery date, so that I would hold on and not ask for my money back. They made me lose almost three months before I finally gave up and decided to cancel my order and buy from somewhere else. Honestly, I don't understand how they are still open.

Ordered an item. They delayed its arrival for 3 months. Everytime you called they would give a new date. Then when the day came to pick up the item, I waited over an hour while they simply ignored my existence...some say I am still waiting

Worst service in the world. Order a simple inflammable mattress online, came to pick up, not available even if it was already paid online. In addition, I waited an hour at the pick up place before they told me it wasn’t available anymore.I then had to spent another 30 minutes to get a refund. Je ne remettrais plus les pieds la bas.
