The worst delivery company. Had a chance to \work\ with them for 4 times and to day came the number 5. The first 4 times was chosen by my companions (now possibly i understand for pay less and still have a service), all 4 times the parcel never came in time, 2 times I have a notification that nobody was home (in a real time I was waiting home all day for get it), and 2 times the driver didn't even came out of the car, in a fact that I was standing on the balcony and shouting for he come or let me come downstairs. In final, I anyway needed to run after this parcel, as nobody made a delivery to me. The service center kindly told me to pick up the parcel in Bussigny. So in final, for what I am paying?! Today again, I was waiting for a parcel all the day and guess what? Right, I never got it. Because driver again did not even came out of the car. So the client center told me again that the delivery will be postponed till Monday. So Monday I will need again sit and wait off the day long for get what I needed TODAY. So now I will need to cancel all my job, tell people which one is waiting that DPD is again pooped them pants. Tell me people, how people can make a serious business with you, when you don't even care to make your job properly? The worsest shipment company in whole Switzerland. If had possibility to give -5 start i would.

They send email for advising of the delivery, and they don't deliver. They say they just let the package in front of the door and they are not even able to ring even if somebody is there at home. is THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!!!
THE WORST delivery/courier service - with constant issues EVERY TIME I am forced to used to DPD. They are lazy and pretend to deliver to you and instead leave a 'failed attempt' notice on your doorstep. They never ring the door (and you know this because you are home each and every time AND GOT CAUGHT IN THE ACT ON THE 3RD DELIVERY ATTEMPT), they don't call you, and customer service have 0 authority to do anything. AVOID USING DPD at all costs or request the sender to use another service/find alternative. - if you must then Goodluck & hope you don't endure the same experience.
Shockingly poor service. 8 days since our parcel was guaranteed to be delivered. Customer service agents wrongly directing us to call airfreight handlers then on repeat calls accepting the parcel has been wrongly delivered to someone else. Now asking us to ask the sender to initiate an enquiry instead of doing it themselves! And rude enough to hang up on customers! Still no parcel and no visibility when it will be with us!
The worse service I've ever had. Since one week I can not receive my parcel and no one know what is going on. Even the customer service says that they cannot help me. What a service is that??? Are you kidding???
This company is not worth a dime . I am filling a complaint to the consumer protection authorities and advising the merchant (LEGO in my case) how their choice is hurting them .
wrong delivery address, wrong information on tracking number. Parcel was about to wait for me in distribution center. It was not there, so I came for nothing.
No-one seems to know where my parcel has gone!! Waited in 4 evenings after being told it will arrive. It never has. I paid over CHF2000 for this parcel and feel I may never receive it.
