I'm a regular client of Katia, I really love her, she's a wonderful professional, I recommand warmly everything she does. She's a lovely human being and everything she touches get really better and nicer. You can go there with your eyes closed.

I had never heard of K’s Fashion Studio but discovered it via Buyclub.ch so decided to try it out. After calling them continuously, I couldn’t get through to make an appointment in Lausanne. I called the Bussigny studio who picked up but said they couldn’t take an appointment for me in Lausanne. The woman was not helpful at all. Finally got through to Lausanne and made my appointment. They told me they were planning on closing the Lausanne studio and moving everything to Bussigny but promised they would call me if they moved before my appointment. I did not receive a phone call so proceeded to the Lausanne studio. Of course, I got there to find it closed! After another 3-4 phone calls, someone finally answered and their answer was “oh yes we must have forgotten to call you. We called everyone else. So are you coming to Bussigny then?”. Of course, I could not given I did not have a car with me so I had to make another appointment. When I eventually went to Bussigny, the woman who greeted me refused to show me the colours available and instead told me to tell her which colours I was interested in. She then painted my nails with a Shellac branded nail polish. As she progressed with the multiple coats of polish, it was coming out wrinkled and bumpy. So of course, we had to start all over again. She blamed the polish. After painfully filling off the first coat, she proceed with a new colour, and still managed to do a terrible job with the colour uneven, thick in some areas and thin in others. So I was there for almost 1.5hrs and came out with the worst manicure I had ever had. Would not recommend at all. Terrible customer service and terrible beauty treatment.

La qualité des vernis et de la pose laisse à désirer ainsi que la propreté du \plan de travail\. De plus, en ressortant tous mes habits/cheveux sentaient une forte odeur de cigarette froide et de parfum d'ambiance censé la couvrir.
