The front desk was amazing so kind and polite. The vet however the doctor was not, she called me after she saw my cats and insulted me bcuz they where not fixed yet. I have a male cat who is fixed but my 3 females are not. My oldest female was not always my cat she was my exs and I just recently got custody of her. The two kittens are 9 months and I called to make an appointment for them but because of covid I could not get in for 3 months. You do not know somone story or what they are going through and she was so rude. While I tried to ask questions she rushed me and you could tell she just wanted me to go. I am very disappointed in how I was treated. I was told one price then when I said to add one cat to medication they raised it to another almost 100 dollars so I feel very let down. Will probably not be back for my cats booster will go somewhere els!!!

Great vet office. We've been with Dr Lombardo for years he has now retired but the new vet is very qualified and I am confident in her diagnosis for our cat's problem. The cat is now recovered and doing well.

My husband and I love this vet! They do everything they can to help and assist. We had to put my cat down and they were very detailed with what would happen and how it would go. We take all of our cats here and we truly appreciate them. Prices are not that bad considering others we have been to.

We are VERY disappointed in this place. We called ahead to say we would be 5 minutes late due to having difficulty getting our cat in the carrier AND having to pull over because he was so stressed. We had an appointment for something that could’ve been potentially very serious, and when we got there, they refused to see us. 5 MINUTES. I am a health care provider and I see human patients who are 20 minutes late for their appointments because I CARE. This place clearly does not. I do not recommend anyone go here. Muddy Creek vet was willing to see us SAME DAY due to our concern, and we had a wonderful experience here.
