I first found out about Baglier when I was shopping for a used truck on AutoTrader.com. I found the truck I wanted, but it was located about 3.5 hours away at Baglier Buick GMC in Butler PA. I initially called and spoke with a female operator on a Thursday, I asked to speak to a salesperson but was sent to a voicemail, I left a message. After about 24 hours with no response, I decided to make a Purchase Inquiry on their website, but that too didn't get a response. Then on Saturday I decided to call again and that's when I was put in touch with Justin Anderson a sales associate. Justin was friendly and helpful, he confirmed the truck was still there, and provided me with a \out the door\ price. We had some short negotiations after that and settled on a price. Payment was made and arrangements were made for me to fly in to get the truck. Someone from Baglier made the 1 hour drive each way to the airport to get me. Once at the dealership, the paperwork took about an hour but I was never pressured to buy any additional products or warranties. Everyone was very respectful and the entire process was pleasant. You often hear horror stories of people spending hours at a dealership getting pressured to buy something they don't need, but Justin and Baglier are are a class act and a very respectable dealership. After everything was signed, they sent me on my way with a full tank of fuel and some extra DEF fluid. I highly recommend them, if you are in the market for an 2500 truck, make sure and check their inventory as they have a great selection. Whoever they have buying used trucks for them has a great eye. My only recommendation for the dealership is to maybe have the emails and voice mails better monitored. Thanks again to Justin and the team at Baglier Buick GMC.

My wife and I just purchased 1 2018 GMC Sierra and 1 2019 GMC Acadia within 9 days of each other. I am a truthful honest straight forward person. I generally don't like taking time out to post reviews, but had to share our recent experience. From start to finish this team was outstanding. You know when you run into fake people...in whom do and say as they must, not with everyone we encountered. Everyone here truly likes the work they do and the service they provide. Also most can believe working with multiple people could cause headaches...not this team. Everyone worked systematically. They answered all our questions and presented all the details. I'm an organization freak. They covered everything. Don't ask me how clean my bathroom is. To simply conclude make this place your last stop after receiving much disappointment...or you can make them your 1st and last stop to drive home in your dream vehicle that best fits your budget and needs.
