The nurses on the 2nd floor are some best People anywhere. They were so nice and so Attentive to my moms needs. Even going Out there way to help me. These are people That you want in hospital, they seem to enjoy What they do and never any sign of frustration Or irritation at all. Real caring people with True for what they do. God bless you in Every step of your lives.

I'm sure this ER dose better w adults but the doctor sceared my lit grandaughter when she cut her head he told me I could not hold her hand to either sit in seat or stand out of rm I said it would calm her of I held her hand ,he said no first I will cover her w med blanket an then the 2 big Rn men would hold her down while she was waleing an kicking an he would stick her in wound w needle I told him to take his hands off her an I will take her to Children mercy Hospital he said it would only take him an few mins to do this an my grandaughter looked at me an said help me Nana an I picked her up an said we r going to Children Mercy Hospital ,she recieved the best care at the Childrens mercy this Doctor had no Patients for kids

This establishment is absolutely horrible, if I could give them negative stars I would! Went in for a wellness visit as a new patient trying to establish a pcp. They decided they wanted to do blood work and check my vitamin D levels. I now owe over 1000 because they refuse to code it to my insurance as a wellness visit. My insurance told me it’s covered if they resubmit it correctly, but they refuse to do so! And now it’s my fault that the person scheduling that day didn’t note that it was a wellness visit. I had the exact same blood work done plus more extensive recently and my Insurance paid 100%, same insurance, same plan. Bates county clinic is literally screwing me out of 1000 for their mistake. And on top of it, they won’t t even give me my lab results!!! So they want me to pay over 1000 for lab work that they won’t give me??? I work with insurance every day and they absolutely can resubmit my claim correctly. If this place actually cared about people they would do what’s right. This place and staff is a joke!!!!!
