A nice refuge from the city and traffic for your run, bike ride, or walk. The limestone is a very good running surface - much softer than pavement, but without the trip hazards of a trail. The grades where I've run are gradual. It's not entirely scenic IMO, but plenty enough to be a pleasant escape.

Mostly crushed gravel but paved part of the way on the southern end, and usually next to water. Feels like being in the ravine of a national park.

Not very much parking. Go a 1/2 mile towards Herman and park on Sheetz Drive. Much larger parking area!
