Very nice staff and prompt with my appointment. They’re doing curbside service right now, February 2021. When you arrive, you call from your car and get checked in. Then you talk to a tech on the phone about what’s going on with your pet. You then drop your pet off with a tech at the front door then wait in your car. A tech or a vet will then call you when they’re with you pet and you can discuss things then. The vet was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I had meds filled there and they were handed to me with my pet at the door when they were all done, and I’m on my way. Payment was over the phone too. Great experience overall

I’d taken my pets to Butler Veterinary Assoc for 20 years. I recently moved so tried to use a vet closer to my new home and didn’t have nearly the level of service as I’ve always had with Butler Vet Assoc. I made the longer trip to go back to Butler Vet Assoc this time and I’m so happy I did! Everyone there is so pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and they all genuinely care about your pet.
