Carr Fire Survivor

After the 2018 Carr Fire, we decided to rebuild our home. Kevin Butler and his team drew our plans for us. Once we got our plans, the construction began. From day one, the sub contractors have run into one problem after the other. Kevin's plans are terrible. It is costing us extra money to have the sub contractors go back and change the mistakes Kevin and his team have made. We recently found out that Kevin did only commercial buildings, but because of the Carr Fire, he is now doing residential, since that's where the money is. Anyone that has or is planning on using Butler engineering in Redding beware. It's going to cost you more money than you plan to spending and if you don't catch his mistakes, they will go unseen until it's too late to fix them.
