This shop is a HUGE disappointment. Took my 2010 370Z here to get window tint due to the website stating how great the warranty was and how they guarantee a "FLAWLESS" product. After having the tint applied I noticed an insane amount of air bubbles in the tint. The very RUDE "tint guy" stated it would take 10 days for them to disappear. Well... 2 months later... They are still there. After reading online and talking to different tint shops I was advised that these types of air bubbles are NOT going to disappear. They are created by the installer not properly cleaning the windows and rushing the job. After this I decided to go back to Speed of Sound and see if they would honor their warranty.... Of course they didn't... The "tint guy" basically said I was being "nit picky" and refused to do anything with it and just walked away from me. I went inside to speak with the "manager" who was equally as unhelpful. He said he would call Viper and see what they would do. I am not holding my breath because I know Viper isn't going to do anything for a poor install. The tint product is just fine, the installer has NO clue what he is doing. OVERALL a very poor experience from this shop. Poor installment, poor attitudes all around, and overall just a run down dirty disgusting environment. I will not take any of my cars back to this place, nor will I ever recommend someone to go there. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else! 0/5 stars. I'd rate this place lower if I could...
