The employees are always friendly and helpful here and they always have what I'm looking for. I bought a laptop here and I was having a technical issue with it and my warranty had been expired by one day but they covered it for me anyway since it was so soon after. Their prices may be a little high and their checkout lines a little slow but overall I'm very pleased.

The worst place for good customer service. The store is usually quite empty and when you walk in the employee totally ignore you and try very hard not to make eye contact. We were a party of three and was searching around looking quite lost. An employee just looked at us and smiled and kept walking.
Just stopped at the Butler location looking for some office supplies. Great experience everyone was extremely helpful and I was in out in less than 10mins. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKYOU!
Very friendly and helpful staff, good sale prices. Got a nice office chair with a great deal. Worker loaded it into my car for me.
I have to agree with Jim day and his previous review of the print and copy center. Cody was very proficient in operating and dealing with people. He is now at the Franklin location Lucky them. Turnover rate is very high now. Staples or just lack of Good Help in the area.? It's obvious because they put a sub- manager Paul who is totally unqualified and rude over in print & copy and you can tell he doesn't want to be there. This is coming from a person who does work for corporate Staples. And anyone can question me on this. They couldn't even keep Michaela who you can tell actually tried to staff.. God bless the Butler PA and Cranberry TWP Staples You both need that .... Because as far as the print and copy centers go for both of them.... not desirable at all to the important people.. Customers..... BTW. I Do Not work in any Staples location. This is a genuine honest review.
How is this place still open. Bring in best buy. btw. My says associate was very obviously high. Eye drops and control the giggles dude....
Asking about the price of an item. Sales person took a few minutes telling me why their location was different than cranberry and hermitage then took a call over the radio. I still asked about the price since its missing a tag. Instead of using his radio to call for someone he decided he needed to go to the front. I walked away and said take your time I'm leaving. Please dont let the tech guy be customer facing unless you're going to coach them about priorities and being relevant.
I submitted a project was given a date of completion it was returned a week late and was incorrectly done by the time it was done I lost a big account I've visited there a few times since it's the only place near and ever time had problems and spoke to 2 managers the tall one was professional the short fat one was very disrespectful and rude even to the point of passing gas right at the counter while customers were there I forgot his name I meant to call corporate about my incident it actually lost me a 6 figure deal so let me correct my vote and give a 1 star rating
