Starbucks is usually great and they always tell you when they are going to be closed prior to the date. I went to get some today and they had signs all over the windows saying they were closed for today. I drove a half an hour out just from my house to get some before work. Kinda sad.

Today I woke up and I was having a terrible start to my morning I decided to go to Starbucks in Butler pa to get a Cinnamon almond milk macchiato because this is one of my favorite drinks at Starbucks. I went through their drive thru to find out they were out of almond milk and I said that okay that a bummer cause you make the drink with 2% milk instead they lady said yes and I got my drink and left. I pulled into work to look at my drink to realize that they wrote me a message on my drink. Instead of putting my name on the drink they wrote \ sorry I'm so complicated\. I thought that this comment was really RUDE because I wasn't being complicated they were because they didn't have the ingredients to make the drink! I wont be going back to this Starbucks!
The guy that helped me was awesome. He was so friendly and kind. Made my night.
Starbucks has some the the best hands-down coffee but, the waiting time is pretty bad. The waiting time is bad cause of the popularity this place gets. If your a caramel lover, get the Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel over- all 4/5
Generally, great staff and service. Only complaint is the drive-thru line is very often wrapped around the building and takes at least 10-15 minutes to get through
