A while back I called Summers in Butler I won't mention any name, any ways the person I spoke with said what I wanted had to be ordered , she acted like I was being an inconvenience, the next day my husband went to pick it up & got the same lady I had spoken to the day before & he said she was rude, we won't be calling or going back.

I can't say enough good things about them...you get your prescriptions quickly never having to wait in long lines, a wonderful staff always willing to help you and they even do home delivery!! Thanks for doing such a great job!!

Usually I get good service but the last three days I have been in hospital due to an accident unfortunately I gave the the script so I would have it when I awaoke And I know the close early but anyway I dropped of script being there before getting scripts they knew I was on disabilty and have had iffy attitude but what ever this time it was almost like she rolled her eyes at me then whileI was waiting she said you paying cast for these as if I were trying to scam them or I was on drugs then the other lady found my insurance on file so I was going but because I was made to feel unwelcome I decided thisbwould be my last visit here and while getting my medsband the gentel man who had my scripts and I had him the money and as doing so I told them this would be my last time coming here the conviencebwasnt worth the head ache the bigger of the two girls snatches my scripts and tells me go somewhere else and because of sucjmh rude and hostile behaivor I told them I was calling my lawyer and of course one of tge two ladys there chuckles and says what ever so of coursebI turned aroundband said you dont think I will just you wait and watch when I had to go back in to get my scripts they tried changing the story but I was able to get my script so I took it to walmart and guess whatbI saved 45 cents so now I seebwhy everybody goes else where Ibwould not recommend summers to anyone exspecially not family or friends
