I rent to own a mobile home in one of there parks for the past 3 years and I must say out of all the landlords I have had Monty has been the best. When I first saw my place I wanted brand new siding,skirting and recoat the roof he was very reasonable with the pricing and was willing to work with my budget which I so appreciate, I am a single mother who works and doesn't receive any government help or child support. If you feel if the price is out of your budget he will work with you I couldn't afford the monthly payments at first but he was willing to work with me by putting more down and increasing the years by 2. One thing I must say is Monty has a big heart anytime I have needed advice or help he has always been there for me and my daughter. Just last week my car battery died and he came right on over to jump it for me. This winter my furnace went and he came down that day to see if he could fix it himself which since I rent to own it's not his responsibility but he still came right over and when he realized it wasn't something he could fix he recommended a friend who installed a whole new furnace system in 2 days and the cost was 600 less than any other quote I had gotten. I'm so sad to hear that others have bad experiences but honestly I love my house and Monty has been nothing but great to me for over the past 3 years.
I wouldn't ieven give this a star but u have too give a star to review do NOT RENT OFF MONTY EDGAR - mice in the walls - ELECTRICAL FIRE - SEWAGE BACKED UP FECES AND URINE DAY IN BATHTUBS FOR DAYS he uses ur cable wire for his electric so the wire melts and u have no cable. He makes up charges. He's a rip off . Thief ..
