This is the second house I have owned with a dumbwaiter from Butler's Buddy. I cannot say enough good things about the dumbwaiter or the folks at Butler's Buddy. The product is first rate great quality and the people are super kind and helpful. They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I have over ten years experience with Butler's Buddy and highly recommend them. I live in a 3 story home and use the dumbwaiter many times daily. It is an asset in my home and a wonderful convenience in my life. Probably the best thing I had installed in my home. The folks at Butler's Buddy really care and want you happy with their product.
