The owner--Doug Butler, along with Kyle and Brad, arrived at our property to assess the problem with our grinder pump. They solved the problem the same day as the telephone call. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and experienced! The work was completed quickly at a more than fair cost. This job was completed about 2 weeks ago in late January, 2021. We have used Butler at least 3 times in 2020. We have lived in the area many years, and will not consider another plumbing company. This is the ONLY plumbing company to use in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. We highly recommend Butler Plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs.

If you need fast plumbing work done...avoid these guys at all cost. Complete waste of time trying to hire them. We had a water leakage problem and they came out to check it out. Spent two plus hours of my life inspecting the whole house. Told me there were issues with my main water line into the house. Said they would get back to me right away. After weeks of calling and them telling me they would get right back to me to schedule the work, we gave up and hired someone else. Now we have a huge water bill and had to start from scratch because they are incompetent time wasters!
